We let material sit in the home before installation and build the subfloor prep around whatever's actually underneath it, whether that's an original 1950s subfloor or a poured basement slab.
We install across every level of the home, and the flooring on a kitchen, bath, or basement project is coordinated with the rest of that job rather than treated as a separate trade.
