ProCote Construction Co is run by Michael Skellie, covering Columbus and the surrounding Central Ohio suburbs out to about 65 miles from the south side. Nine trades run under one roof, kitchens, baths, additions, ADUs, basements, flooring, siding, and decks, so a project doesn't get split across a rotation of subcontractors.
Central Ohio's building stock ranges from century-old urban homes to brand-new construction on the region's outer edge, and each brings a different problem to solve. The same crew handles both ends of that range, on the same standard of framing, waterproofing, and finish work either way.
